About Us

Creating “Chico De Mayo’s Street Tacos” was more then just making a Taco. It was to bring the experience of our family roots from Texas, Mexico, and California and showcase the flavors & taste of our “Tacos” at your events. With a Dad & Daughter duo we plan to continue our legacy and pass our Street Taco experience from generation to generation.

Since we opened “Chico De Mayo’s Street Tacos” in 2019, we have catered numerous events for corporate clients, small and large private gatherings and special events, which include Sweet Sixteens, Qinceaneras, Weddings, Bar Mitzvahs, Baby Showers, Christmas Parties, New Years Parties and even theme events.

This has given us the opportunity to host and therefore provide a Unique Street Taco Experience to our guests.
Our quality meats, our exclusive presentation along with our three unique salsas have made us “THE STREET TACO CATERING” company of choice throughout California.

Our top of the line and first-class service has also enabled us to continue to provide our guests with a unique and unforgettable customer and catering experience.

We offer only the finest meats and the freshest vegetables sure to satisfy any palate. Mix three for your next taco bar; Chicken, Carne Asada, Soy Rizo, Al Pastor, Ground Turkey or Grilled Shrimp! Served with warm corn/flour tortillas or lettuce wraps.

Complete with a Salsa Bar. And your choice of beans; Pinto, Black Beans or Refried Beans.

Grilled Chicken

Our perfectly seasoned grilled Chicken with fresh avocado, red onions, cilantro and a hint of lime.

Carne Asada

Our favorite and flavorful Carne Asada street taco with red onion and cilantro.

Soy Rizo

Our vegan friendly Soy Rizo with potatoes, white onions and cilantro. We got everyone covered!

Al Pastor

Our crowd pleaser and a true street taco favorite Al Pastor with pineapple, red onions and cilantro.

Lettuce Wrapped Turkey

Something light, our perfectly seasoned ground turkey in lettuce wraps.

Grilled Shrimp

Our fresh grilled shrimp tacos with a hint of lime and avocado salsa with cilantro.

Deposits

Deposits are approximately 50%, remaining balance will be given in confirmation email. There are no refunds for the deposit if canceled 48 Hours prior to the scheduled date. The Deposit provided will go toward the original amount listed.
